Position Overview

The Stewarding Supervisor manages the stewarding department, overseeing operations, staffing, training, and full compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day stewarding operations including dishroom, pot washing, and kitchen sanitation
• Supervise, train, and schedule stewarding staff
• Ensure compliance with health codes, OSHA standards, and TSC protocols
• Conduct inventory of chemicals and equipment; submit purchase requests as needed
• Coordinate with culinary and F&B leadership on event support and daily operations
• Complete staffing reports and performance documentation
