Job summary

Fox Run/Salem Park in Conway, AR is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, showcase available apartments and amenities, and convert tours into leases. You will coordinate with the Community Director and manage clubhouse duties, ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained community.

As the primary contact, you will greet residents, answer calls, and help drive occupancy while upholding Lindsey Management Co., Inc.'s standards.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques
• Past leasing experience preferred
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads

Fox Run/Salem Park - Leasing Consultant

Full Time Regular Fox Run, Conway, AR, US

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our beautiful community at Fox Run/Salem Park !

In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you are the first step in building a sense of care and community for current and future residents. Working closely with the Community Director, you will work to promote our available apartments, and use your sales skills to turn apartment tours into leases.

You will also serve as a main point-of-contact for our community clubhouse. At the direction of the Community Director, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests, answering incoming calls, and attending to the cleanliness of the clubhouse and its amenities.
