Job summary

Appleby Apartments in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will work closely with the Community Director to promote available apartments, convert tours into leases, and supervise leasing consultants to meet community goals.

Responsibilities include answering calls, showing units, building relationships, preparing leases, and processing applications, with required weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques
• High School Diploma or GED
• Past leasing experience preferred

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leasing Consultant to join our beautiful community at ApplebyApartments!

In your role as a Senior Leasing Consultant, you are the first step in building a sense of care and community for current and future residents. Working closely with the Community Director, you will work to promote our available apartments, and use your sales skills to turn apartment tours into leases. This is a supervisory position where you will help lead leasing consultants in the right direction to accomplish company goals.
