Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for Fox Run/Salem Park in Conway, AR. You will be the first point of contact for residents and leads, promoting available apartments and driving tours to leases.

Working with the Community Director, you greet guests, answer calls, maintain the clubhouse, and coordinate applications, leases, and renewals. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• Background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads
• Present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents
• Develop and maintain community relationships
• Prepare leases and lease renewals
• Process resident applications
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
