Job summary

The Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, California is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the spa, salon, and fitness services. You will direct staff, manage programs, hours, facilities, and reservations, and align spa operations with hotel goals.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, inventory control, and coordinating with housekeeping and engineering to ensure smooth service delivery. Flexibility and guest-focused leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
• Guest-focused approach and excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Spa/Salon areas incl. Front Desk, Fitness, and Treatment Rooms.
• Interview and select staff; supervise, discipline, and evaluate performance.
• Administer goods, inventories, storage, and budgeted product usage.
• Oversee equipment sanitation and coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.
• Integrate Spa with hotel operations and monitor guest service trends.
• Lead staff meetings; drive sales and service improvements.
• Create retail purchase orders and manage monthly/quarterly inventory.
• Coordinate group bookings and site tours for planners.
