Omni Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, FL, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet four star/four diamond standards. You will inspect, assign tasks, and assist in cleaning as needed while maintaining VIP room standards.

Role requires strong attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with professional appearance throughout the shift.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is required.
• Maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work with management on special projects.
• Set priorities for your section and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic English skills to assist guests.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
• Assign special tasks and supervise team members.
• Assist in cleaning as needed to support operations.
• Assist with AM/PM room status reporting and discrepancies.
• Ensure supplies and linens are stocked for attendants.
• Maintain organized linen carts and stock in linen closets.
• Punch in guest rooms via phone after completion.
• Ensure VIP rooms are inspected promptly.
• Prioritize check-out/vacated rooms and safety of guests.
