Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own daily production results by monitoring shop-order priorities, staffing, capacity, materials, and equipment.
• Manage labors and production priorities to meet schedules; provide updates on performance and recovery plans.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Own Manufacturing training administration and ensure records are audit-ready.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and HR to resolve issues and sustain production flow.
