Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives, and develop a high‑performing workforce.

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm and Monday 8:00am-4:00pm; training will be done on 1st shift. You will coach hourly staff, plan work to maximize labor, equipment, and material utilization, monitor performance, adjust resources, and foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees to achieve daily goals.
• Plan, organize, and assign work to maximize utilization.
• Monitor production performance and adjust resources to meet requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, overtime, and shift coverage.
• Promote safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct safety observations and corrective actions.
• Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Partner with Quality to address defects and improvements.
• Drive accountability for quality and workmanship.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance.
• Conduct evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Address attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns.
• Foster employee engagement and positive relations.
• Other duties as assigned.
