Job summary

Steinwall Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct production floor activities, assign tasks, and support press operators across departments. You will lead in line with our values of Respect, Team, Safety, and Balance, and make day-to-day decisions to keep production moving.

The role requires 2–3+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and a strong focus on safety and quality. This is a full-time position with a 10x4 schedule (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of experience in an injection molding or manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience supporting hourly production employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct work on the production floor during the shift and assign tasks.
• Lead shift meetings to communicate priorities and escalation needs.
• Ensure safe, efficient injection molding operations and enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Tooling, and Materials teams to resolve issues and support production goals.
• Communicate production status and staffing needs across shifts.
