Job summary

Steak n Shake Boynton Beach is seeking a fountain operator to prepare all fountain products to order within 5–8 minutes, following Steak n Shake specs. You will use the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and dippers while ensuring temperatures and equipment are properly monitored.

You will restock, clean and sanitize the fountain area, maintain uniform and company standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver fast, accurate service during each shift.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

General Purpose:

The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products.

Essential (primary) Functions:

The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, cleaning/sanitizing the fountain area while maintaining security, safety, uniform and company standards at all times.
