Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Riverview is seeking a fountain operator to prepare fountain products within 5–8 minutes according to company specs. You will operate the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers to ensure quality and consistency.

This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and maintaining a clean, sanitized work area while adhering to safety and uniform standards; compensation is competitive.

Job description

General Purpose:

The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products.

Essential (primary) Functions:

The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, cleaning/sanitizing the fountain area while maintaining security, safety, uniform and company standards at all times.
