Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Foundry Technician to produce quality cast iron parts for our industry-leading fireplaces and stoves. This role involves learning various aspects of the melt and mold process, while working in a team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills for determining specifications and effective communication skills. The position offers a pay range of $20.00 to $26.33 per hour along with benefits starting on your first day.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and perform basic math to determine mold specifications and production counts.
• Follow written and pictorial standard work instructions.
• Complete quality and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality cast iron parts for fireplaces and stoves.
• Learn the melt and mold process, including operation of DISA equipment.
• Work within a team-driven environment to improve efficiencies.
