Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Randolph, VT is seeking a Foundry Operator to produce quality cast iron parts for fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. You will follow written and picture-based work instructions, maintain high safety and quality standards, and track production counts accurately.

Starting pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour with full-time direct hire. Shift 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate foundry equipment to process quality cast iron parts for fireplaces and hearth products.
• Minimize defects by proper cleaning, inspection and repair of cosmetic flaws.
• Perform quality and safety checks to ensure products meet specifications.
