Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to improve processes.
• Working knowledge of safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees on assigned shift.
• Track attendance and schedule vacations per handbook.
• Conduct daily shift meetings on production levels and delivery performance.
• Supervise staffing to meet productivity targets.
• Motivate and set expectations for hourly and temporary personnel.
• Ensure safety devices and PPE are used at all times.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S in production areas.
