Job summary

Revolution Company is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor in Shelbyville, TN to lead safety-focused production activities and drive quality. You will coordinate manufacturing, inspect equipment, and guide teams to achieve production targets while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and plant equipment and safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify safety and environmental discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meet specifications.
• Inspect equipment and product to ensure safety, utilization, and quality; communicate scheduling, overtime, and training needs.
• Review and support the master scheduling process to meet production needs.
• Plan process activities and prioritize procedures, equipment capabilities, and staffing levels.
• Review, analyze, and correct non-conformance in safety, production, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and support line process teams to improve quality, flexibility, and cost reduction.
• Conduct required team meetings and safety training; provide feedback to hourly employees.
