Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Dover Casting in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking a Foundry Worker to join our casting operations. The role focuses on deplating, dewaxing and inspection/wrapping of molds used for casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.

Shifts include 2nd shift Monday–Friday 2PM–10:30PM and 3rd shift Sunday night–Friday morning 10PM–6:30AM, with training on 1st shift 6AM–2:30PM. New hire starting hourly rate is $25.00; after 12 months, $27.71. Benefits and shift premium apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and write and speak English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deplating, dewaxing and inspection/wrapping molds for casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.
• Load and unload autoclave and continuous dewax oven.
• Perform core reclaim, mold wash, inspect and wrap molds, and operate boroscope.
• Maintain accurate records of molds processed and keep work area clean.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
