Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined; experience requirement waived.
• Ability to work in a foundry manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Operate industrial machinery to produce aluminum castings.
• Use computers to access training and work instructions.
• Follow all processes and procedures accurately.

Shift Details:

• Second shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday.
• Training may be on first shift: 6am - 2pm.

• Good attendance and positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $24.25 - $28.25/hour based on experience.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, 401K, parental leave, PTO, wellness programs, and bonuses.
• Additional $1.00 shift differential for second shift.
