Are you interested in learning a trade with on-the-job training? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuously updating equipment? We are hiring for our Greensand Molder Melter foundry production team, offering TOP PAY! This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications:

• We are waiving the 2-year minimum experience requirement.
• Candidates should be mechanically inclined and able to work in a foundry manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment, including BMM, Squeezer, or Roto Lift machines to produce quality greensand molds.
• Hand pour molten aluminum into sand molds for casting production.
• Use a computer to access training and work instructions, following all processes and procedures.

Work Schedule:

• Permanent positions on 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Training may be conducted on 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, with good attendance and a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $24.25 to $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications.
• Hours: First shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; Second shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (+$1.00 shift differential).
