Reduce scrap and improve first-pass quality.
Monitor production KPIs, labor efficiency, and throughput.
Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture focused on safety and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Analyze production performance and report results to leadership.
