• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Analyze production performance and report results to leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Reduce scrap and improve first-pass quality
• Monitor production KPIs, labor efficiency, and throughput
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement

• Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with Quality to identify root causes and implement corrective actionsManage raw material utilization and production efficiency
