Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a foundry environment focusing on process capabilities, process control, and rigging/fixture design.
• Experience leading projects in manufacturing.
• Proficient with CAD software; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor process capabilities and control to maintain manufacturing integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixtures to improve operations.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot complex foundry issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance in operations.
• Conduct audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to the foundry team and promote continuous improvement.
