Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee foundry operations at our manufacturing facility. You will lead a production team to hit safety, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery targets.

Key responsibilities include staffing coordination, schedule monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement. You will mentor operators and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to uphold high standards.
