Boulder Connect is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for a modern gray and ductile iron foundry in Wisconsin. You will lead daily production activities, ensure on-time delivery of quality castings, and enforce safety standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for scheduling operators, monitoring performance, and supporting training and growth within the team.
