Job summary

You will ensure safety, manage workloads, interpret blueprints, and drive quality and productivity while coaching staff to meet production goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, planning machining and coating operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred; high school/GED required.
• Three years of manufacturing experience; foundry experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures personal safety and safety of team members.
• Oversees day-to-day functions supporting the operation.
• Ensures quality processes are in place and effective.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers.
• Directs or assigns duties and motivates workers to meet goals.
• Maintains time and production records and adjusts schedules as needed.
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
