Job summary

M&H Valve of Anniston, AL is actively seeking a Foundry Supervisor to lead safety, environmental, production and quality for the assigned departments in alignment with the McWane Way. The role supervises and coordinates all daily activities to optimize output and safety.

This is a salaried position with an excellent benefits package including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, vacation and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS/GED accepted.
• 3 years manufacturing experience; foundry experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety; enforce PPE usage.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to support production.
• Ensure quality processes are in place and effective.
• Communicate safety standards clearly to staff.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers for seamless workflow.
