M&H Valve of Anniston, AL is seeking a Foundry Supervisor to lead safety, environment, production and quality within assigned departments. This salaried role requires guiding teams in accordance with the McWane Way and coordinating across shifts to meet schedules and quality targets.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires applicants to pass drug, physical, and background screenings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school/GED required.
• Three years of manufacturing experience; foundry experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures personal and team safety.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and production.
• Ensures quality processes are in place and effective.
• Communicates safety standards clearly to staff.
• Interprets specifications and assigns duties to workers.
• Maintains production records and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates with maintenance on machine issues.
• Provides coaching to elevate staff competencies.
