Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of root cause analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone, A3, or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring personal safety and the safety of team members.
  • Specify pattern construction details including draft and parting line.
  • Coordinate tooling rework, repair, and replacement.
  • Lead or co-lead A3 problem-solving on tooling-attributable scrap categories.
  • Own the Pattern Shop preventive maintenance schedule for active patterns.
