Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
• Proven supervisory experience in foundry or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of foundry processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
