Job summary

Adalet/Scott Fetzer Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Foundry Manager to oversee the green sand aluminum foundry. You will direct 25+ hourly staff, ensure safety, quality, and ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement across molding, melting, casting, finishing, and inspection.

You will partner with Plant leadership to optimize workflows, manage schedules, and develop talent in a fast-paced foundry environment. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years with green sand casting.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving experience.
• Knowledge of non-ferrous foundry operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment, enforcing safety regulations.
• Ensure associates understand and meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Supervisors to provide tools and training.
• Maintain ISO compliance and other certifying requirements.
• Manage daily production scheduling and workforce to meet goals.
• Drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop associates to build capability.
• Oversee staffing, vacations, and overtime to meet objectives.
