Qualifications

• Oversee daily foundry operations including production, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and 5S, Kanban, standardized work.
• Support ISO 9001 quality standards and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings and review performance.
• Monitor output, labor hours, scrap, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Pattern Shop to reduce defects.
