Job summary

Adalet/Scott Fetzer Company in Cleveland, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Foundry Manager to lead our green sand aluminum foundry. You will direct 25+ hourly employees, schedule production, and drive safe, efficient, high‑quality output.

You’ll partner with Plant Manager and supervisors to provide training, maintain ISO compliance, monitor process data, and implement continuous improvements. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and hands‑on communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/foundry experience, with greensand casting preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Oversee daily foundry operations for 25+ hourly employees.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Supervisors to ensure tools, training, and support.
• Maintain ISO compliance and other certification requirements.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Allocate staffing, schedules, vacations, and overtime to meet daily goals.
• Provide a clear daily production schedule to guide workflow and priorities.
• Lead root-cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
