Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within a foundry or similar manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily foundry operations, planning and directing production to meet standards.
• Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe, healthy work environment.
• Providing hands-on leadership and fostering teamwork within the foundry.
• Monitoring schedules and work orders, addressing issues proactively.
• Coordinating with QA, Maintenance, and Engineering to optimize processes.
• Conducting performance evaluations and implementing training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental/labor standards.
• Driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.
