Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in senior operations leadership within manufacturing.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Proven ability to lead large manufacturing operations and drive excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all manufacturing departments to meet deadlines, standards and cost targets.
• Develop and monitor strategic operational goals and adjust processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless production and delivery.
• Develop and manage the operations budget to optimize resources.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team toward high performance.
• Implement and maintain quality control programs meeting customer expectations.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for material supply.
• Regularly report performance to senior management with insights.
