Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the operations of all manufacturing departments to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Develop and monitor strategic operational goals and adjust processes as needed.
