Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager for a high‑volume foundry in Indiana. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and developing a skilled maintenance team to support aggressive production goals.

You will oversee all maintenance operations, manage budgets, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role in a foundry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, facility management and project management.
• Proven budgeting skills and experience managing budgets.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities with a track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Expertise in welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
• Experience in process improvement with a track record of efficiency gains.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and OSHA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all maintenance operations in our foundry, ensuring all machinery and equipment are in top‑notch condition.
• Developing, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Managing facility operations, ensuring infrastructure is secure, efficient, and well‑maintained.
• Leading and overseeing projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Developing and managing budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness in maintenance efforts.
• Leading a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Using welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Driving continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring OSHA compliance and safe working environment.
