Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive plant-level experience with significant proven people management experience.
• Completed a fully indentured apprenticeship with a mechanical/electrical/electronic discipline.
• Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance function with proactive, multi-skilled team.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure timely completion of work.
• Improve MTBF, downtime reduction, and project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor maintenance staff.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
