Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Pulaski, Tennessee. This leadership role requires guiding a high-volume foundry environment, driving reliability, PM programs, and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foundry maintenance, proven leadership, and the ability to mentor a maintenance team while partnering with Engineering and Production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Foundry maintenance experience is required; DISA and/or No-Bake is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of casting, heat treatment, and related technologies.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities and scheduling.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to prevent failures.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to optimize performance and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
