Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a multi-building aluminum foundry. Reporting to Plant Manager, you will drive OSHA compliance, incident investigations, and continuous EH&S improvements across the site.

You’ll collaborate with leaders across the operation to foster a strong safety culture, manage training, and ensure accurate regulatory reporting. A hands-on role with a focus on measurable safety outcomes and relocation assistance is

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus but not required.
• Degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Maintain emergency response plans.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.

EH&S Manager

Looking for an opportunity where your EH&S expertise can make a real impact? Our client is looking for an EH&S Manager to take the lead on safety and environmental initiatives at its 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll work closely with employees and leaders across the operation to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

What You’ll Bring
