Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant, Palantir Data & AI Engineer, to design, build, and deploy Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions for clients in the Data Analytics practice. You will translate complex business problems into production-ready AI and data architectures, and lead client engagements with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Palantir experience with Foundry and/or AIP.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals including SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data modeling.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies like Spark, Airflow/dbt, streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable data and AI solutions using Palantir Foundry, emphasizing Foundry data pipelines, data modeling, and operational workflows.
• Develop and prototype GenAI- and LLM-powered solutions using Palantir AIP and related enterprise AI capabilities.
• Embed with client teams to identify high-value use cases, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and lead workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Build production-quality data and AI applications using engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, logging, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Develop agentic AI workflows, tool-use patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls balancing quality, safety, latency, cost, and risk.
• Integrate Palantir solutions with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data sources for end-to-end solutions.
• Lead project workstreams and mentor team members while creating reusable Palantir assets, implementation patterns, documentation, and reference solutions.
