Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients—from government to industry—deploy Palantir Foundry and build AI-enabled solutions. You will work in a small team to turn client visions into reality, delivering data-driven decision support and scalable pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate objectives into delivery plans, and iterate quickly to produce measurable outcomes while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on data engineering experience (ETL/ELT, data warehousing, large-scale integration)
• 5+ years with Palantir Foundry building data pipelines and deploying apps
• 3+ years prompt engineering and applied AI with Palantir (AIP)
• 5+ years with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 8+ years in Python or PySpark or Java
• 5+ years leading an engineering team
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years of work experience (or 8 years with an Associate's)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to design, build, and support client-facing applications.
• Translate objectives into a delivery plan by gathering requirements and defining roadmaps from prototype to deployment.
• Prototype and iterate quickly, validating with users and adapting based on feedback.
• Deliver production-grade pipelines and applications transforming client data into operational workflows.
• Write clear requirements and communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
