Job summary

Andersen Consulting is building a Palantir Foundry and AIP practice in New York, delivering data and AI transformation to enterprise clients across industries. Senior Associate Engineers join to deliver end-to-end pipelines, build workshop apps, and shape reference architectures.

You will embed with client teams, own a technical workstream, write production Python and SQL, and contribute to reusable accelerators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production Foundry experience.
• Proficiency in Foundry's data layer: Pipeline Builder, Transforms, Ontology design.
• Working knowledge of AIP Logic with at least one prompt chain in production.
• Production-quality Python code and ability to choose Polars vs PySpark.
• Ability to translate messy processes into object types and actions.
• Comfort with inconsistent data sources and multiple source systems.
• Strong data literacy and ability to ask sharp questions.
• Ability to work with client teams and run deskside sessions.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams and own a defined technical workstream end to end.
• Build and maintain Foundry data pipelines via Pipeline Builder and Transforms.
• Develop Workshop applications surfacing operational data for business users.
• Instrument AIP Logic workflows with prompts, chaining, and evaluation.
• Contribute to AIP Agent builds and testing against real client data.
• Write production-grade Python and SQL with unit tests in Code Workbook.
• Participate in client discovery sessions to surface data availability and gaps.
• Build internal accelerators and reusable pipeline templates.
