Job summary

Credal is seeking a founding web full-stack software engineer to help us build on our progress with proven market demand from global enterprises into a scalable, performant architecture while maintaining top-tier security.

You’ll own aspects of stability, scalability and security as we onboard more customers and expand our product, and you’ll engage with customers and our GTM team to solve complex, bleeding-edge problems while mentoring junior engineers to raise the bar for engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years building high-quality software.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals; comfortable across the stack.
• Interest in Agentic AI / LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Own stability, scalability and security as we onboard more customers.
• Ensure reliable syncing of billions of records into our data platform from customers' SaaS tools.
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code quality strategy.
• Engage directly with customers and GTM teams to solve complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of core products spanning frontend, backend and data layers.
