Job summary

Fractal seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to join the founding Cogentiq team. You will work across software, AI, and enterprise integration with customers to design and deploy AI-powered solutions and production-grade integrations.

Collaborate with AI and platform engineers, product managers, and architects to continuously improve the Cogentiq platform and drive enterprise impact. This is a hands-on role at a fast-paced company in New York.

Qualifications

• Production-grade backend and distributed systems experience.
• Proficient with Python; Java/TypeScript a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and modern dev practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade AI applications on Cogentiq.
• Deploy enterprise AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Build enterprise integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and more.
• Develop connectors, APIs, SDKs, and automation components.
• Design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures and services.
• Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot deployments and ensure reliability and security.
• Share learnings back to Cogentiq platform and collaborate with teams.
