Livewell Animal Hospital of Calabash seeks a Founding Partner Veterinarian to build and lead a new practice. You will shape medical culture, mentor staff, and drive growth as a cornerstone of the hospital.

You will own a leadership role with equity options, a lucrative cash incentive plan tied to hospital growth, and a comprehensive compensation package including health, dental, vision, 401k, liability coverage, CE, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing to practice.
• 4+ years of experience with general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish medical culture and mentor the veterinary team from day one.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop associate veterinarians and staff.
• Set and maintain standard of care; drive clinical excellence and growth.
• Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and strategy.
