Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking a Founding U.S. GTM & Partnerships Lead for NDot AI/mini-dramas to build the U.S. side from the ground up. You will collaborate with a China-based counterpart, recruit producers, and drive content partnerships, app growth, and monetization strategies leveraging NewsBreak’s capabilities.

You will work hands-on to connect U.S. creatives with Chinese production capacity, shaping the GTM, product localization and ecosystem priorities in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience in GTM, BD, partnerships or content acquisition.
• Strong network in mini-drama/short-drama industries and U.S.-China cross-border experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin with cross-market credibility.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close partnerships and activate producers.

Responsibilities

• Map and build the U.S. ecosystem with producers, app developers, directors and talent, coordinating with the China GTM lead.
• Sign and activate high-quality mini-drama producers and content partners who fit U.S. audiences.
• Launch the founding-partner program with incentives, revenue sharing, traffic promotion and referrals.
• Close app and monetization partnerships, collaborating with Nova ad sales for advertisers.
• Make cross-border matches by connecting U.S. creatives with Chinese production partners.
• Build the GTM engine including segmentation, outreach, events, CRM and forecasting.
• Shape product by feeding producer needs and market insights into product and localization priorities.
