Job summary

YCM GreenX is seeking its founding Director of Business Development to lead the U.S. market entry. This senior role leverages established Asia relationships to open doors with enterprise brands and translate mold-prevention data into tangible business value.

You will own the strategy end-to-end, activate brand-side and supply-chain connections, drive outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing, and build the U.S. commercial pipeline from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales, or related field with a proven track record of independently closing enterprise deals.
• Existing relationships with brand-side or supply-chain decision-makers you can activate immediately.
• Background in footwear, apparel, consumer goods, or related industry preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency strongly preferred to align with Asia teams.
