Job summary

Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin APSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, or LMFT-IT license,

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin APSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, or LMFT-IT license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting with group facilitation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients in PHP/IOP.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and level-of-care decisions.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination staff to support smooth client flow and outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program professionally in the community.
• Contribute to a program culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and high-quality care.
