Job summary

Wisconsin Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist to join the founding clinical team for a new PHP/IOP program in Brookfield, WI. The role is full-time and on-site, carrying an active caseload and delivering individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Licensed clinicians with a Master's in a related field are encouraged to apply; typical requirements include strong documentation, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a startup program environment focused on recovery-oriented

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin license in good standing (APSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT etc.).
• Master's degree in a related behavioral health discipline.
• Experience providing therapy in behavioral health settings with group facilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Brookfield, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation for PHP/IOP clients.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings and contribute to planning and decisions.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in line with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and care coordination to support client flow and outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program professionally.
• Contribute to a culture of empathy, accountability, and high-quality care.
