Job summary

Zenos, Inc. is building the next generation of AI/robotics. We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to be the founding member of our recruiting team in San Mateo, working in-office to shape the organization from the ground up.

You will own the recruiting funnel end-to-end, sourcing candidates with elite skillsets, owning hiring outcomes with metrics, building pipelines, and partnering with our Engineering team to recruit a world-class team for ambitious challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in top-tier tech companies, especially at an early stage.
• Technical background enabling detailed communication with target candidates.
• Experience as player-coach building recruiting org while owning work streams (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates of unusually high caliber with specific skillsets.
• Own hiring outcomes, improving results using metrics and processes.
• Build hiring pipelines and talent pools aligned with long-term strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to build a world-class team for innovative challenges.
