Job summary

You will coordinate interviews, ensure an inclusive candidate experience, and leverage data to refine recruiting processes and decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Role Description The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating effective sourcing strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in software engineering, robotics, AI, and related disciplines. The role involves coordinating interviews, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience, and using data to refine recruiting processes and decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across multiple technical roles.
• Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting, including sourcing and assessing engineers, AI specialists, and robotics professionals.
• Experience with Hiring processes such as interview coordination, offer negotiation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong Communication skills for engaging candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and conveying employer brand.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, specialized job boards).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to inclusive, unbiased hiring practices and building diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruiting, human resources, business, or a related field.
